We hope you love your TUHU London purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less the original shipping costs. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) if you want to make a return by either emailing us at [email protected]
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return an item, please mail to: [email protected]
Return shipping costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact TUHU London Customer Care at [email protected] prior to sending it back. Items must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipping, therefore we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 7 working days for your return to be processed.
