Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all Tuhu Limited orders within 2 working days, however this may sometimes be longer during particularly busy periods. We will keep you updated at all times on the progress of your order. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched. If your order requires a tracking code, we will provide you with the relevant information in the shipping confirmation email. 

DELIVERY RATES

Free UK  on all orders over £50.

Orders under £50 have a standard delivery charge of £3.

DELIVERY METHODS

All orders are sent by Royal Mail post. For orders requiring a signature on delivery, please provide an alternative address such as your work address if you are not usually home during the day, or details on where your parcel can be left.

DELIVERY TIMES

UK – Royal Mail Standard Delivery 3-5 working days.

Please note we currently do not offer a next day delivery option.
